Trellis Internet

Trellis for organizations

Internet for organizations.

Schools, municipalities, healthcare, multi-site businesses. Custom SLA, static IPs, and a real local human you can call.

This page is the start of a conversation, not a product page. We quote each organization individually.

What we can do

What organizations actually ask us for

None of this is productized in a SKU sheet. All of it is something we will scope with you and quote against your real requirements.

Multi-site service

Custom quote

Tell us the addresses. We will do the legwork on serviceability, quote per site, and apply a multi-site discount where the math works. Consolidated billing on request.

Custom SLA

Per-customer

We do not have a standard SLA sheet yet. We will write one to fit your needs — response time, MTTR, service credits — and put it in your MSA. Honest about what is deliverable on each tier of equipment.

Static IPs & VLANs

Available

Available today. Static /29 or larger on request, multiple VLANs on a single connection, reverse DNS we will happily delegate. Quoted based on your subnet and topology needs.

Failover & redundancy

Custom quote

We can be your primary with a different-path failover circuit, or we can be the backup to your existing carrier. We will work with your Fortinet, Palo Alto, or SD-WAN stack — not against it.

Direct support

How we operate

Your engineer's number reaches a real human, not a tier-1 script. Founder access for escalations. We are a small operator — that is the trade-off and the feature.

Procurement basics

On request

Net-30 billing, W-9 on file, COI available on request, and we will sign a reasonable MSA. We are not yet on the USAC SPIN list and do not carry SOC 2 today — see below for the rest.

Who we serve

Use cases we serve — and what we are honest about

Each of these comes with a different procurement and compliance shape. Here is what we have, and what we do not have yet, for each.

Schools (K-12)

Not yet on the USAC SPIN list for E-Rate.

If you are considering Trellis and need E-Rate funding, talk to us. We will start the SPIN / SAM.gov / EPC process if there is a real opportunity on the table — but we are not going to pretend we already have it.
Municipal & County

Open to public-sector contracts.

Multi-site coverage across Sonoma and Napa counties, transparent procurement, MSA we will negotiate. Local-business preference applies. COI, W-9, and references on request.
Healthcare clinics

We do not have a HIPAA BAA on file yet.

We will sign a Business Associate Agreement if your compliance team needs one — talk to us. End-to-end PHI encryption remains your responsibility; we provide the transport.
Multi-site businesses

Wineries with multiple properties, retail chains, cannabis ops (grow + dispensary).

If you are operating two or more sites under one organization, we will quote them as a portfolio. Mix of primary and failover circuits is fine. Tell us the addresses and we will tell you which ones we can serve and on what equipment.

What we are still building

What we do not have yet

Trellis is young. Some institutional-buyer expectations we have not yet stood up. We would rather tell you here than have it come up in a reference check.

  • No SOC 2 report

We do not have a SOC 2 Type I or Type II report. If your security team requires one before contract signature, we are not your fit today.

  • Not on the USAC SPIN list for E-Rate

We have not registered for an E-Rate Service Provider Identification Number yet. We will start the process if a real K-12 opportunity is on the table, but it is not in place as of today.

  • No published 99.9%+ SLA document

We do not publish a tiered SLA PDF with availability targets, MTTR, MTTN, and a service-credit schedule. We will write SLA terms into your MSA — but if a published SLA document is a hard requirement, that is a gap.

If those are deal-breakers, this is not your fit today. If you would consider working with a young, local provider building this stuff out — and you have a real opportunity behind the conversation — we would love to hear from you.

The more you tell us about sites, bandwidth, timeline, and compliance needs, the more specific our first reply can be. Steve reads every enterprise inquiry directly.
