Step 1: Check Power!
Are your router and WiFi access points powered on?
Step 2: Is it plugged in?
Are all network cables plugged into your router?
Step 3: WiFi Check!
Is your WiFi device on airplane mode or is your WiFi turned off?
Step 4: Other Devices?
Are all devices down, or just some? For example, is your phone not connecting but your desktop is?
Step 5: Check the radio!
Are you able to see the radio installed at your location? Is there anything in front of it? Does it look mounted correctly?
Step 6: Give us a call!
Tried all steps to no avail, or do you just want to let the nerds handle it? Give us a call!
